I am a wedding photographer in Philadelphia, having recently moved from Richmond, Virginia. I have a modern, casual style of wedding photography: capturing stylish portraits and all the details of your day in a photojournalistic style. I love photographing weddings, and that love grows every time I photograph a new wedding. It is an honor and a joy to share and capture your wedding to preserve the memories.

I also run a commercial photography studio.

My Approach

At a wedding celebration, and at the events leading up to it, a photojournalistic approach means capturing the story of your wedding. My photos capture the big moments––the kiss, the toasts, cutting the cake––but also the events leading up to those moments––the stolen kisses, smiles, dances––and all the people that celebrate with you.

I also tailor my approach to each wedding. This is something we can figure out in consultations or portrait sessions before your wedding. I can stay in the background if you want, or I can be right there capturing every moment front and center. I can also help create fun poses or more traditional poses during the portrait session (or we can just skip it if that is what you want). Do you like the detail photos of the rings? If not, I can skip those shots and focus my attention on what is important to you!
