Since everyone is different, GSP offers customizable packages rather than standard packages. We offer three levels of wedding coverage and let you choose albums and extras that fit your needs. Each level of coverage comes with at least 400 full resolution images on a DVD with full printing rights. We offer a 15% discount if you bundle at least four of our extra offerings (additional coverage, albums, DVD, prints) together. Travel within 100 miles of Richmond, Va. is included in pricing. If you need a different amount of photographic coverage or you need coverage on more than one day, please contact GSP to receive a custom quote.
Wedding Coverage
4 hours of photography: $750
This amount of coverage is usually enough to capture the ceremony, formal portraits and ceremony preparations.
6 hours of photography: $1000
This amount of photography is usually sufficient to cover the ceremony, formal portraits and the reception.
9 hours: $1500
This amount of photography is usually sufficient to cover the ceremony preparations, ceremony, formal portraits and reception.
Extra hour of photography: $200
Additional Coverage
Second photographer: $500
Having a second photographer ensures that no moment is missed, allows better coverage, and allows the photographers more creative freedom to produce stunning imagery.
Engagement portrait session: $150
Gordon will photograph you for one and a half hours at the locations of your choosing. You will receive 20 of the best images retouched, in high resolution on CD.
Bridal portrait session: $150
Gordon will photograph the bride before or on the day of the wedding and will include 20 fully retouched images on CD and a bridal proof album (or $50 off a wedding album).
Rehearsal reception: $300
Gordon will photograph the rehearsal reception and provide the images on DVD and in a proof album along with images from the wedding.
Albums
Traditional hand mounted album: $700
The traditional album is a 36 page black leather bound album. GSP prints and hand mounts all the images with your choice of photo finish. You can engrave the album cover for an additional $50.
Book bound fashion album: $500
The fashion album is book bound and features the style of your wedding with custom designed pages and text. You have a choice of album covers, from leather to a dust jacket.
Book bound fine art album: $250
The fine art album displays the story of your wedding very simply: 1 image per page.
Book bound proof album: $75
The proof album displays at least 100 of the best images (at least 4 images per page) from your wedding day in the order that they were photographed in.
DVDs and Prints
DVD slideshow set to music: $50
Up to 100 images telling the story of your wedding set to music. The DVD includes a custom menu and music of your choosing.
DVD slideshow with audio from the wedding: $200
Up to 150 images telling the story of your wedding with audio from the ceremony and reception. The DVD includes a custom menu and can also include music of your choosing.
Additional DVDs with images: $20
